MEET YOUR TRAINER- TATUM HARRIS
I’ve always been into fitness and I started CrossFit around age 13, then started doing it competitively until I was in college. I then grew to a more HIIT style/strength training as I’ve gained more knowledge about fitness. As your fitness trainer I will help you obtain your fitness goals, through training and nutritional advice. I design my programs to fit the person and not the person to fit the program.
