We will explain the muscle groups being worked, we will perform variations of exercises for that muscle group assuring the

outcome you desire.

​Hello I am Patrick Pinkard owner/trainer of Concierge Fitness TX. I am NPTI certified since 2010. I am also certified in CPR. I have over 20yrs of experience in fitness and health. Combined with the knowledge and experience to provide you

with an outcome that you are looking for.

 

All of our trainers are nationally certified and specialized in various methods of training.

We put safety and quality first when preparing each session.

 

            NUTRITIONAL TIPS

 

 

Learn the importance of nutrition with helpful

tips about ways to hold yourself accountable for your caloric intake. Understand and acknowledge the three key components of a fitness lifestyle. With this information you will be well on your way to succeed with getting your goals accomplished.

 

Understand that not all carbs are bad, fats are necessary, and what role protein plays in your every day diet.
