Coach Patrick 
Hello I am Patrick Pinkard owner/trainer of Concierge Fitness TX. I am NPTI certified since 2010. I am also certified in CPR. I have over 20yrs of experience in fitness and health. Combined with the knowledge and experience to provide you
with an outcome that you are looking for.
 
All of our trainers are nationally certified and specialized in various methods of training.
We put safety and quality first when preparing each session.

Personal Training
With Concierge Fitness TX we offer personal training at a high level of quality. Our involvement with our clients goes above and beyond. We strive to help anyone willing to put forth the effort to help themselves. We assist you in training that
targets your goals, whatever they may be.
We will explain the muscle groups being worked, we will perform variations of exercises for that muscle group assuring the
outcome you desire.

Bootcamp/Group Training
We don’t just focus on cardio because we know you want to tone up. We don’t focus on just weights, we know you don’t want to get bulky, so we marry the two into a 60% Cardio 40% Strength split. This allows us to help you lose weight AND tone up. Not only that, the workout structure changes every day from circuit training, to tabata, to obstacle training. This is exactly the change that keeps people excited to come back every day! Also when it comes to boot camp:

You don’t have to be a superstar everyday
You can go at your own pace


Online Training
This is not some generalized workout plan.

This is the closest thing to actually training with me in person.

Some people just can’t make it here, so we’ve brought the workout to you!
